Claims for damaged items during transit must be reported within 3 days from receipt of goods. You MUST keep ALL packing material and merchandise EXACTLY the way it was received for carrier's inspection. We will not be responsible for carrier's denial of a claim for untimely reporting of damage or missing materials for inspection. 4. You must e-mail us for a RMA number and instructions prior to returning merchandise. Refunds on Unopened Merchandise Refunds are given only if items are unused and returned in the original box with all original accessories and manuals.
