What happens after I have paid for my item? Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 1:00 P.M. C.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. After processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a tracking number. Due to us operating a retail store as well as an internet sales outlet there may be times where on hand stock conflicts, In this case we do our very best to keep you informed on your order. What shipping methods do you have available? We ship our items with a variety of carries such as USPS, UPS. All of our items ship under our own account, no exceptions. When can I expect my order to arrive? After your order has been processed and shipped, the shipment usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes. How much are the shipping fees? Since we are a New York company, we are required by state law to charge 8.625% sales tax when shipping to NY state addresses only. Do you allow local pickup at your location? No we do not allow for pickup at this time. What do I do if my package was lost or damaged? If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipping company.
